Job Requirements

  • Active physician assistant or nurse practitioner license
  • National certification and DEA registration
  • Emergency department or urgent care experience preferred
  • New graduates with strong paramedic/EMT experience considered
  • Current CA state license a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care

Job Qualifications

  • Physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure
  • Current national certification
  • DEA registration
  • Preferably licensed in California
  • Experience in emergency department or urgent care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide advanced emergency medical care to patients in the emergency department
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute medical conditions
  • Perform procedures pertinent to emergency medicine
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Adhere to protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality care
