Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service
- knowledge of beverage safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- valid work authorization for the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
- good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal and written
- basic computer skills and knowledge of POS system
- ability to train, teach and motivate associates with consideration of patience
- multi-task with a high attention to detail while remaining calm and attentive in a fast paced environment
- ability and flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight weekends and holidays
- ability to work entire shifts while supporting co-workers
- complies with Four Seasons category one and category two work rules and standard of conduct as set forth by EmPact
- ability to describe all menu items, prices, methods of cooking, allergens and presentation
- ability to carry and balance trays and/or push/pull carts
- complete knowledge of service guidelines outlined in the Adorn manual
- further duties as assigned by management
Job Duties
- Oversee and assist the entire front of house team with beverage-related service
- participate in continuous training regarding spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
- participate in pre-shift meetings to present on cocktails and spirits for daily updates and continuous knowledge
- display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees
- perform tasks and projects as delegated by the leadership team
- execute and facilitate service in cooperation with room service coordinators, other servers, cooks, chefs, stewards, and managers
- facilitate communication between front of house and back of house
- ensure guests receive responsive, professional and gracious service at all times
- develop rapport with guests
- describe menu features as needed, including changes and additions
- answer any food and beverage related questions regarding menu offerings
