Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service
  • knowledge of beverage safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
  • confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
  • good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal and written
  • basic computer skills and knowledge of POS system
  • ability to train, teach and motivate associates with consideration of patience
  • multi-task with a high attention to detail while remaining calm and attentive in a fast paced environment
  • ability and flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight weekends and holidays
  • ability to work entire shifts while supporting co-workers
  • complies with Four Seasons category one and category two work rules and standard of conduct as set forth by EmPact
  • ability to describe all menu items, prices, methods of cooking, allergens and presentation
  • ability to carry and balance trays and/or push/pull carts
  • complete knowledge of service guidelines outlined in the Adorn manual
  • further duties as assigned by management

Job Duties

  • Oversee and assist the entire front of house team with beverage-related service
  • participate in continuous training regarding spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
  • participate in pre-shift meetings to present on cocktails and spirits for daily updates and continuous knowledge
  • display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees
  • perform tasks and projects as delegated by the leadership team
  • execute and facilitate service in cooperation with room service coordinators, other servers, cooks, chefs, stewards, and managers
  • facilitate communication between front of house and back of house
  • ensure guests receive responsive, professional and gracious service at all times
  • develop rapport with guests
  • describe menu features as needed, including changes and additions
  • answer any food and beverage related questions regarding menu offerings
