The position requires a valid Kansas driver's license as it involves travel to various schools, community colleges, and recruitment events. This role is ideal for individuals with a bachelor's degree in education, business, or related fields, bringing at least one year of recruiting or admissions experience and striving to contribute proactively to the university’s mission of attracting diverse and talented students.
