Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum two years office administration experience, preferably in medical setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Register patients accurately and completely upon arrival
- Gather and enter patient information from patients and physician offices
- Verify patient benefits for pre-registration and non pre-registered patients
- Obtain signatures on required forms to ensure compliance
- Collect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance at time of service
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with registration questions
