Job Requirements
- Ability to complete a government MRPT public clearance background check
- At least two years’ work experience preferably in administrative or customer service roles
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive body movements including push, pull, reach, bend, and lift
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least two years of work experience in an administrative or customer service field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Ability to complete government MRPT public clearance background check
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical capability to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Process passport applications: receive, review, scan, data entry, print, mail, and archive
- Operate office equipment: scanners, mailers, and TDIS-PD system
- Provide customer service: assist applicants at counters, schedule appointments, and provide information
- Quality assurance: verify application completeness, document compliance, and fee accuracy
- Administrative tasks: file, data entry, cashiering, and receptionist duties
- Training and support: assist with agent training and maintain electronic records
- Resolve application discrepancies and undeliverable mail
- Generate correspondence and re-batch applications
- Assist with special projects as needed
