Job Requirements
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: 7 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD or Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of DoD experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Chrome and Edge, PDF
- Exceptional professionalism and proven experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive organizational and personal information
- Strong communications skills including phone, email, and in-person
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in fast-paced environment
- Experience with TMT taskers highly preferred
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or US permanent residency
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
- Must be able to travel including air travel

Job Duties
- Manage the Portfolio Lead's dynamic calendar and travel schedule, interfacing with senior officers and executives from multiple military commands and intelligence agencies, and facilitating communication between the Division and Portfolio leadership and team
- Schedule and prioritize meetings and events to maximize the Portfolio Lead's time, ensure realistic scheduling, identify meeting participants, subject matter experts and required materials to thoroughly address meeting topics
- Develop, organize, and setup meetings including weekly staff meetings, financial and program reviews, execution reviews, and other meetings as needed
- Support the Portfolio Lead and staff to communicate program issues or concerns, and to request and advocate for executive decisions, intervention, and support
- Arrange travel plans for the Portfolio Lead using the Defense Travel System to find and book optimal flights, lodging, and transportation to meet mission requirements
- Assist with preparation of travel vouchers in the Defense Travel System following trips and perform records management and gather/develop all necessary paperwork/documentation
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence to ensure compliance with standards including Tongue and Quill, Directorate and Division guidance, and templates
- Assist in reviewing and processing military awards and decorations, evaluations, military correspondence, and military and civilian personnel actions
- Ensure the Portfolio Lead is thoroughly prepared for each scheduled event including scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, and arranging advanced meetings as required
- Prepare correspondence, handle information requests, and perform functions such as answering phone calls, organizing, and scheduling meetings/VTCs, arranging conference calls, receiving/escorting visitors, writing meeting minutes as required, making copies, and managing mail, courier service, and records management
- Track and manage work tasks/action items using AFSPC's Task Management System
- Assist security personnel and visitors with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests as required
- Perform other duties as required/requested by the Government and within the scope of the contract
