Job Requirements
- Commitment to work in DEA's Portland office 9 hours/day Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off
- availability to provide on-call office support
- 5 or more years of administrative experience
- minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in office administration
- experience answering and routing multi-line phone calls
- ability to multitask and track issues to completion
- ability to learn new technologies
- strong collaboration skills

- 5 or more years of administrative experience
- demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop staff
- proven customer service skills
- experience managing multi-line phone systems

- ability to learn new technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint and ADP
- strong collaboration and service orientation
Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to reception staff
- manage daily reception team schedules, assignments, and coverage
- ensure exceptional front desk support including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone system
- serve as coordinator for the firmwide onboarding program
- complete and oversee administrative responsibilities using Microsoft Office applications
- interface with staff and building management to address facilities issues
- collaborate with support services team to provide coverage and support for office events and tasks
