Job Requirements
- Junior College or technical school preferred
- 2-5 years of administrative or healthcare-related experience preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and credentialing for new providers
- serve as point of contact between hospitalist teams and central departments
- schedule and facilitate internal meetings and monthly site reviews
- maintain records, track accounts receivable, and escalate unresolved billing issues
- assist with provider interviews, payroll issues, and completion of clinical forms
- use systems like Amion and Doc Halo for scheduling and communication
