Job Requirements

  • Junior College or technical school preferred
  • 2-5 years of administrative or healthcare-related experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

  • capacity to perform under pressure, especially in unexpected or high-stakes situations
  • strong critical thinking and evaluation skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and credentialing for new providers
  • serve as point of contact between hospitalist teams and central departments
  • schedule and facilitate internal meetings and monthly site reviews
  • maintain records, track accounts receivable, and escalate unresolved billing issues
  • assist with provider interviews, payroll issues, and completion of clinical forms
  • use systems like Amion and Doc Halo for scheduling and communication
