Quality assurance also plays a critical role, ensuring application completeness, document compliance, and fee accuracy. The administrative scope includes filing, cashiering, data entry, and receptionist duties. Additionally, the associate will contribute to training and support activities by assisting with agent training and maintaining electronic records. Special projects and application discrepancy resolution are also part of the job description, highlighting the dynamic and supportive nature of the role.
