The association prides itself on fostering innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence, ensuring its activities have far-reaching benefits across the sector it serves. With a strong commitment to its mission, the association continuously seeks experienced professionals who can contribute meaningfully to its executive operations and overall organizational success.
The current opportunity is for a Temporary Administrative Coordinator role, designed to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Office. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating travel plans, managing calendars, and preparing essential briefing materials that ensure seamless executive engagements. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Candidates must be local to the DMV area despite the role being fully remote, underscoring the importance of proximity for any occasional in-person needs or coordination. At a competitive hourly rate of $40, this role offers a stimulating short-term challenge ideal for professionals seeking to apply their expertise in executive support within an association or nonprofit environment.
This position offers not only an opportunity to engage closely with senior leadership but also to experience the operations of a leading association that values its people and promotes a culture of efficiency and responsiveness. The successful candidate will be highly responsive, proactive, and adaptable, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders through managing logistics, preparing detailed briefing materials, and maintaining outstanding organizational systems. This role is essential in enabling the executive leadership to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring their schedules and engagements are flawlessly managed.
