Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Documented experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Documented experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours to meet business needs

Job Duties
- Providing receptionist duties to the Central Region Office and administrative support for the Assistant Region Director
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- greeting visitors
- composing and typing correspondence
- filing maintenance reports
- processing mail
- preparing for audits and inspections
- Assisting other managers as needed
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Delivering quality customer service to office staff, state employees, executive management, offenders' family members, and the general public
- Maintaining upkeep and maintenance of the region's state vehicles with a valid Driver's License
