Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route calls and manage shared inboxes
- Keep communal areas organized and fully stocked
- Manage conference room schedules and assist with meeting logistics including setup and AV support
- Assist with event coordination and office needs
- Support leadership with administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and expense reports
- Assist with special projects including data management and internal association deliverables
- Partner with vendors and building management to keep office operations running smoothly
