Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route calls and manage shared inboxes
  • Keep communal areas organized and fully stocked
  • Manage conference room schedules and assist with meeting logistics including setup and AV support
  • Assist with event coordination and office needs
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and expense reports
  • Assist with special projects including data management and internal association deliverables
  • Partner with vendors and building management to keep office operations running smoothly
