Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • ability to learn new office software and equipment quickly
  • professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • high level of discretion for handling confidential information
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
  • maintain a professional and tidy lobby area
  • manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
  • oversee office security by following visitor protocols and managing guest logs
  • assist with document production including drafting reports, memos, and presentations
  • support accounting tasks such as basic data entry, bookkeeping, and expense reporting
  • assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
