Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- ability to learn new office software and equipment quickly
- professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- high level of discretion for handling confidential information
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- maintain a professional and tidy lobby area
- manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
- oversee office security by following visitor protocols and managing guest logs
- assist with document production including drafting reports, memos, and presentations
- support accounting tasks such as basic data entry, bookkeeping, and expense reporting
- assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
