Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- prior receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure
- ability to travel throughout the facility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- prior receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- understanding of confidentiality rules and HIPAA regulations
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide clerical support including drafting and typing letters and other communications
- answer phones and greet visitors including family members, potential residents, outside agencies, and hospitals
- maintain a professional demeanor and customer service excellence
- use Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel, to produce accurate and timely documents
- manage multiple tasks and assignments efficiently and accurately
- ensure adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- collaborate with supervisors and department staff to maintain smooth office operations
