Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
  • prior receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA
  • ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure
  • ability to travel throughout the facility

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • prior receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide clerical support including drafting and typing letters and other communications
  • answer phones and greet visitors including family members, potential residents, outside agencies, and hospitals

  • use Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel, to produce accurate and timely documents
  • manage multiple tasks and assignments efficiently and accurately
  • ensure adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • collaborate with supervisors and department staff to maintain smooth office operations
