Job Requirements
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least one year of experience in an office setting working with customers and technology with a focus on customer service
- Ability to provide excellent service to office visitors
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong time management skills

- Ability to demonstrate flexibility
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Job Qualifications
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least one year of experience in an office setting working with customers and technology with a focus on customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using University of Arkansas software or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with multitasking capabilities and minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
- Accurate and strong typing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail

Job Duties
- Perform general office duties including greeting visitors and assisting students, faculty, instructors, graduate assistants, and staff with various requests such as overrides and curriculum support
- Assist the Event Coordinator with event planning by placing food and supply orders, making reservations for spaces and/or equipment, and helping with event setup and tear-down
- Work with Admissions to set up and schedule student tours and prepare student tour packages for prospective students and their families
- Manage the School Director's Outlook Calendar and schedule meetings
- Answer and direct incoming calls via the main school phone line
- Assist with inventory and surplus management of school equipment, including furniture, e-waste, and memory equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned and maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships
