Job Requirements
- Must be resident of the State of Colorado at time of application
- Two years clerical experience including customer service
- Six months coordinating events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must submit to and pass pre-employment background check
- No felony or job-related misdemeanor convictions
- Ability to read and interpret rules and regulations
- High attention to detail
- College coursework accepted as substitution for clerical experience on a year for year basis
Job Qualifications
- Two years of clerical experience as a primary job function including customer service
- Six months experience coordinating events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- College coursework may substitute experience
- Working knowledge of Banner or similar system preferred
- Experience handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in a community college or academic environment preferred
- Ability to work with diverse populations with discretion and tact
Job Duties
- Organizes, schedules, and arranges classrooms, labs, and event spaces for meetings, trainings, and special events
- Coordinates catering and logistical needs with vendors in accordance with college fiscal policies
- Tracks attendance, registration, and resolves discrepancies for non-credit programs
- Assists in arranging substitute facilitators for customized training when instructors are unavailable
- Processes official function requests, training forms, and supports supervisor with delegated signature authority
- Enters FLAC requests for instructional and non-instructional pay and reconciles contracts with Payroll
- Tracks and reconciles purchasing card expenditures and documentation
- Collaborates with marketing team to prepare promotional materials and presentations for workforce programs
- Advises students and partners on program details adhering to FERPA guidelines
- Manages CampusCE database including registrations, grade tracking, and report generation
- Uses RAPIDS to register apprentices, track progress, and prepare required documentation
- Manages ETPL submissions, audits, and compliance
- Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure program operations and funding eligibility
