The role of Administrative Assistant within Lutron’s Corporate Operations team at the Annex office located in Center Valley, PA, offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple Directors. This position is integral to the smooth functioning and efficiency of the executive team, acting as a vital liaison between executives, customers, and employees. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in managing complex schedules and communications to conserve executives’ time and promote the corporate image both internally and externally.
The Administrative Assistant will handle a diverse array of responsibilities, including coordinating and executing meeting requests, managing domestic and international travel logistics, and supporting special projects and assignments. This role demands excellent judgment, prioritization skills, and the ability to anticipate needs to ensure successful outcomes for events, projects, and processes. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in process improvement, synthesizing information, and redesigning workflows to enhance quality and efficiency within the team.
This full-time position requires the individual to be located within a commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA, as there is an expectation to accommodate in-office schedules. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience supporting managers or executives and demonstrate fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite and various software-based ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce.com. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Job Duties
- Executes numerous meeting requests efficiently and timely through professional communication with those involved as well as sound judgment and prioritization
- Arranges domestic and international corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas
- Scheduling air travel
- Booking transportation and lodging accommodations
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans
- Anticipates what is needed to accomplish the success of an event, project, or process including consultant agreements and purchase orders
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes
