Job Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree
- two years of related experience
- an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- organized, hard-working, dedicated, and loyal individual
- ability to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Office365
- ability to develop proficiency in job related technology and software platforms
- ability to proficiently use standard office equipment including copier, scanner, telephone, and fax
- familiarity with shipping and mailing services such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to create and maintain accurate filing system and work with purchasing, record-keeping, and budgeting
- strong verbal and written communication and multi-tasking skills
- ability to present a professional appearance and maintain composure in stressful environment
- ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information such as HIPAA or FERPA
- flexibility of workstation and schedule
- ability to maintain concentration and attention to detail for extended periods
- ability to sit and stand for extended periods and walk as needed
- must be able to hear and speak well to communicate with students, faculty, staff, and community representatives
- ability to bend, lift items weighing up to 20 lbs, stoop, push and pull as needed in equipment usage and maintenance

Job Duties
- Prepares all enrollment-related mailings
- assists with prospective student interview days
- schedules student meetings and greets admissions appointments
- maintains list of accepted COPHS students with demographics and assigns faculty advisors and mentors
- keeps inventory of recruitment materials and requests replenishments
- assists with public relations activities including newsletters and social media
- supports event planning and coordinates student activities
- assists with student needs and maintains Blackboard/CORE professional development page
- updates student organization manuals and maintains meeting minutes
- coordinates volunteer and professional development sign-ups
- manages renewal of professional liability insurance
- provides high-level customer service and professionalism
- serves as receptionist handling walk-ins, email, and phone calls
- assists with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures
- communicates with internal and external constituents
- maintains confidential and sensitive information
- compiles and manages data and documents
- serves on committees including agenda and minutes preparation
- cross-trains and covers other areas as needed
- proctors exams as workload allows
- distributes correspondence and supports events
- performs other duties as assigned
