Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting guests and taking drink orders with a smile
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages, from classic drip coffee and espresso drinks to specialty teas and other refreshing options
- Maintain a pristine and inviting café environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming ambiance
- Demonstrate responsible inventory management, tracking supplies, ordering, and optimizing resource utilization
- Expertly operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines, and other related equipment
- Navigate a dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism, adapting to changing needs and priorities
