This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance across departments or directly to managers and executives. This position is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining effective communication channels within the company.
The Administrative Support role includes responsibility for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries, providing reception coverage which may include managing the front door, telephone calls, and courier services as required. The candidate will manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are sufficiently stocked and maintained. Calendar management for managers and executives will be a critical part of this role, along with assisting in travel arrangements when needed.
Furthermore, the Administrative Support professional will collaborate with various departments such as finance, billing, human resources, and operations to provide administrative help as workload and schedules permit. Flexibility and a willing attitude to perform similar duties assigned by the supervisor are essential qualities for success in this position. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Working hours typically align with traditional office hours; however, the nature of the work occasionally demands flexibility, including the possibility of working during non-standard hours to address urgent needs or extreme circumstances. The role demands physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods, which is typical in an administrative office setting.

Job Duties
- Responsible for receiving, sorting and distribution of mail and deliveries
- provide reception (door, telephone and courier) coverage as required
- maintain office equipment and supplies
- maintain calendars for managers and executives as requested and assist in travel arrangements if needed
- assist other departments (finance, billing, human resources, operations etc.) with administrative duties as schedule permits and workload requires
- any other similar duties related to administrative activities as assigned by supervisor
