Job Duties

  • Serve as a critical liaison to internal personnel and external parties
  • manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • process department invoices, receipts, contracts, and documents
  • prepare expense and credit card reports
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, copying, faxing, filing, correspondence, telephone, and travel arrangements
  • maintain departmental information in Salesforce and other databases
  • schedule interviews for department hires
  • coordinate and attend internal and external meetings
  • provide administrative and logistical support for events, projects, and initiatives
  • participate in Administration Team meetings
  • provide back-up assistance to other administrative team members
