The role of Administrative Assistant I at Patterson is integral to the smooth operation of the business units supported. This position involves providing a variety of administrative services to assigned managers and potentially multiple departments, acting as a key resource for organizational efficiency. Administrative Assistants are essential in maintaining clear communication channels, coordinating events, handling travel arrangements, and serving as a backup for receptionist or order processing roles. This full-time role offers competitive compensation ranging from $18.85 to $24.49 per hour, with the final offer depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skills.

As an Administrative Assistant I, candidates will be tasked with various responsibilities including creating communication materials and reports, scheduling and managing multiple deadlines and projects, and coordinating registrations for events attended by managers and department staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is vital to efficiently perform these duties. The position demands strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to follow directions accurately, and the capability to manage diverse administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
