Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of executive support experience specifically managing complex calendars and travel
- 3-4 years of experience tracking headcount and budgets
- over 4 years of experience providing team support and customer service
- responsiveness and availability during standard working hours and for travel emergencies
- proactive calendar management two weeks in advance
- effective communication with leaders and peers
- ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- reliable and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of high-level executive support with calendar and travel management
- 3-4 years of experience in headcount and budget tracking
- more than 4 years of experience in team support and customer service
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work proactively and reliably within standard working hours
- strong collaboration skills and team player mindset
Job Duties
- manage executive level schedules including calendar and travel arrangements
- process business expenses and ensure timely filing of expense reports
- coordinate meetings, offsites, and morale events
- track and manage budget and headcount
- oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- procure goods and services including computer equipment and office supplies
- manage office space and vendor relationships
- provide general onsite office support for teams
- serve as main contact for department or group
- complete special projects as assigned
