Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of administrative experience manufacturing engineering or technical environments a huge plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel database management and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess challenges and provide solutions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Maintain and organize files records reports and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide data entry tracking and analysis to support production and quality initiatives
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and documentation as needed
  • Assist in procurement and purchasing tasks tracking orders and vendor coordination
  • Work closely with sales and project management teams to support order processing and customer communications
  • Handle general office tasks such as mail distribution office supply management and correspondence
