Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of administrative experience manufacturing engineering or technical environments a huge plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel database management and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess challenges and provide solutions
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain and organize files records reports and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide data entry tracking and analysis to support production and quality initiatives
- Prepare and distribute reports presentations and documentation as needed
- Assist in procurement and purchasing tasks tracking orders and vendor coordination
- Work closely with sales and project management teams to support order processing and customer communications
- Handle general office tasks such as mail distribution office supply management and correspondence
