Job Duties
- Provide advanced administrative support to senior management including scheduling meetings
- Prepare materials and compose correspondence
- Conduct research to assist in decision-making
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
- Maintain records and files compliant with state laws and agency guidelines
- Organize and manage physical and digital records ensuring confidentiality
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership
- Evaluate operational processes and identify inefficiencies or compliance issues
- Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Arrange and attend conferences and seminars related to department objectives
