The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The position centers on front desk operations, including managing the lobby area, answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors warmly, handling mail and filing, and managing sensitive documents with discretion and care. - must have reliable means of communication and transportation
- must have the legal right to work in the USA
- must have the ability to read, speak and write English
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- preferred 1 year of admin experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- detail orientated and good organizational skills
- must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process including drug and background
