Job Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation
  • willingness to travel regularly between SLC and Ogden
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
  • physical ability to perform event setup and teardown
  • exceptional organizational abilities
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • 1-2 years event coordination experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in event coordination or related roles
  • exceptional organizational skills managing multiple events
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • comfortable with physical event setup and teardown
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • familiarity with project management tools a plus
  • experience supporting meetings and events with management
  • background or certification in business, health promotion, or related fields preferred
  • vendor management and budget oversight experience

Job Duties

  • Help plan and coordinate company events including venue sourcing, agenda logistics, catering, AV, and travel coordination
  • support company-wide town halls, holiday parties, and celebrations
  • coordinate catering and oversee setup and teardown
  • build and maintain relationships with vendors, caterers, and venues
  • draft event budgets, track spend and reconcile invoices
  • perform physical setup and teardown for all events including furniture arrangement, signage, table settings, AV equipment, and catering displays
  • travel regularly between locations to support events
  • serve as the primary on-site contact during events and troubleshoot issues
  • maintain event supply inventory and coordinate procurement
  • assist People Team with wellness event planning and execution
