Job Duties
- Provide efficient administrative support to the department head, faculty, staff, and students
- manage office operations including scheduling meetings, reception services, and processing student hiring
- coordinate event planning
- execute accounts payable and conduct travel expense accounting
- process procurement activities including requisition processing, purchase orders, and reconciling p-cards
- assist with student administrative services such as course override requests and degree audits
- maintain up-to-date departmental communications and bulletin boards
