The Industrial Machine Adjuster is also responsible for maintaining communications with Human Resources concerning employee grievances and complaints, helping foster a supportive and productive work environment. Regular tasks include submitting accurate production reports, maintaining clean and safe work areas, managing the distribution of paychecks, and undertaking other miscellaneous duties, which may encompass food safety and community engagement initiatives.
