Job Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required
  • demonstrated love for working with seniors and a zest for life
  • skilled in both written and oral communication with diverse audiences
  • a valid driver's license
  • must undergo background and motor vehicle checks

Job Duties

  • Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents
  • prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars
  • arrange for community groups to visit
  • educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community
  • compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome
  • create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays
  • maintain inventory and manage budget, aligning with the community's goals and standards
