Your role will include working collaboratively with nursing, caregiving, dietary, and administrative teams to deliver holistic programming that supports residents’ overall health and happiness.

The Activity Director position at Waterford is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by enriching their everyday experience. You will have the chance to build strong relationships with residents, their families, staff, volunteers, and community partners, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere that celebrates every individual. In addition to organizing and facilitating regular activities, your responsibilities will also include assessing resident interests and needs, coordinating volunteer programs, handling event logistics, decorating community spaces for special occasions, and maintaining accurate records of participation. This role requires a creative and energetic personality with excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside a genuine passion and compassion for seniors, including those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

At Waterford, we value our team members and provide a supportive work environment with competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
