The position promises emotional fulfillment as it directly impacts the happiness and engagement of residents, while also offering competitive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K retirement plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), and more.

The supervisor also coordinates opportunities for residents to engage in volunteer projects, encouraging meaningful community involvement.

Logistics management such as ordering activity supplies and arranging transportation for residents to off-site events is another essential part of the job, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will be energetic, personable, enthusiastic, and creative with strong communication skills to effectively connect with residents and staff alike. Prior experience in social programming, staff and volunteer management, as well as current CPR/First Aid certification, are essential.
