Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors or in activities coordination preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Ability to quickly connect with people and learn about them
- Talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Active driver's license in good standing
Job Duties
- Get to know the residents of Brightview to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming
- Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events
- Organize and run events that engage residents
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all residents
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' needs
