Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to engage seniors in a variety of activities
- creativity and enthusiasm for activity planning
- active driver’s license
- ability to occasionally drive company vehicle
- willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- you quickly connect with people and love to learn about them
- use talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia
- exercise creativity in planning and organizing activities
- maintain a positive attitude and high energy
- hold an active driver’s license in good standing
Job Duties
- get to know the residents of brightview to help with planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that engages and fulfills residents
- promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities
- participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music to organize and run events
- utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities
- occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (for those 21 or over)
- help set up and break down events and activities
