Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors including those with dementia
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based tools

- Arizona Caregiver certification is helpful
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Job Duties
- Lead and support group activities including preparation, set-up, clean-up, and follow-up
- Assist with large group events and special programs
- Monitor and document resident engagement during activities
- Track attendance and maintain activity records
- Provide transportation for residents using the community van as needed
- Help create a fun, welcoming environment that encourages participation
