You will ensure that activities are thoughtfully organized, inclusive, and adapted to meet the varied interests and abilities of the residents. Your contribution will be vital in fostering a lively, welcoming community environment where seniors feel valued, connected, and inspired.

You will collaborate closely with team members and residents to design and execute programs that foster engagement and joy, overseeing event logistics from set-up through clean-up. Your role also includes maintaining accurate scheduling and communication to guarantee smooth event execution and resident participation. Creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and encourage older adults are key to successful performance in this position.

As a part-time team member, you will enjoy competitive wages, flexible scheduling options, access to earned wages early, paid time off for full-time employees, comprehensive benefits packages including health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time), 401(k) plans with employer match, company-provided uniforms, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Discovery Management Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment. The company complies with all regulatory and background screening requirements necessary for employment in the senior living industry, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, families, and staff alike.
