The role of Events and Adventures Assistant at Tenfold Senior Living is much more than a traditional activity assistant position. It represents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for seniors. This role focuses on crafting day-to-day fun activities, exceptional adventures, and engaging excursions that bring residents opportunities for enrichment and purpose. The position requires a responsive and compassionate individual who understands the importance of individualized attention to each resident's unique needs, preferences, and mobility limitations.
As an Events and Adventures Assistant, you will be responsible for igniting enthusiasm and excitement among residents, assisting in the planning and execution of diverse activities, and supporting communication through monthly newsletters and calendars. You will also play an integral role in fostering collaborative partnerships with culinary, resident services, and other community teams to maximize the impact and reach of all events. Additionally, building connections with external community resources to facilitate residents' opportunities to give and receive through service will be a vital part of your daily work. This role is designed for those who are motivated by purpose, excited to innovate, and eager to contribute to a vibrant community where every day offers new possibilities. The position requires availability from Tuesday through Saturday and offers a supportive workplace culture aligned with Tenfold’s core values of curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution.

It is a place where your work has a tangible impact not only on the lives of residents but also on your personal and professional development. You will find numerous opportunities to enhance your skills and build your career while delivering on the promise that every resident feels youthful, useful, spontaneous, and mobile. At Tenfold, the commitment to health and safety is paramount, with a COVID-safe environment maintained, requiring full vaccination or qualifying accommodations for all team members. Join Tenfold Senior Living and be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to enriching lives and redefining senior living experiences.
