Brightview Senior Living is currently seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant, a role that goes beyond traditional activity assistant positions. This vital role centers around enhancing residents' quality of life by organizing and implementing a diverse array of programs that cater to their varied interests and needs. The Vibrant Living Assistant is responsible for planning and executing spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities designed to engage residents and enrich their daily experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who have a natural talent for connecting with people and who cherish learning about the unique stories and preferences of each resident. The Vibrant Living Assistant supports residents by promoting upcoming community events, facilitating participation in games, arts, music, and other enjoyable activities, and maintaining energetic communication via newsletters, social media, and emails. Moreover, those with a valid driver's license and aged 21 or older may occasionally provide transportation for residents to off-site events using the company vehicle.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.75 per hour, reflecting factors such as experience, training, and location.
