Job Requirements
- Completion of criminal background check and drug screening
- enjoy working with people and have an outgoing, engaging personality
- strong organizational and time management skills
- creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute events
- event planning, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- ability to manage an event budget, track expenses, and submit receipts in accordance with company guidelines
- completion of company forms and reporting requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute monthly resident events tailored to the property and resident demographic
- plan, organize, and host social, themed, and recreational events to drive resident engagement
- schedule and supervise evening and weekend activities, including light recreational offerings such as fitness, games, sports
- create a welcoming, engaging environment and actively interact with residents during events
- track event participation and maintain required reporting
- understand and follow all company policies pertaining to the position
- work under the direction of the Apartment Manager
