Managed by MS, a company renowned for overseeing luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments, San Antigua exemplifies dedication to delivering an exceptional living experience. MS manages approximately 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties, setting high standards in resident services and maintenance excellence. The Activities and Event Coordinator role at San Antigua is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about community engagement and event planning within a residential setting. This position involves coordinating and executing a variety of monthly resident events tailored specifically to the unique demographic and preferences of San Antigua’s community. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting social, themed, and recreational events that promote resident interaction and satisfaction. The role requires a flexible work schedule of about 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate mutual needs, including evenings and weekends for special activities. Compensation is offered in the form of rent credit rather than traditional wages, reflecting a unique benefit for those who are residents or interested in living within the community.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and supervising light recreational offerings such as fitness classes, games, and sports, creating a welcoming atmosphere during events, and actively engaging with residents to enhance their living experience.
