The role of Corporate Partnership Activation Coordinator at Olympia Entertainment plays an essential role in supporting the partnerships that the company cultivates. This position is responsible for assisting the sponsorship activation team in delivering a high level of service to corporate partners by ensuring the smooth execution of sponsorship contractual obligations. The coordinator will be involved in the planning, organization, and flawless execution of partnership activations and game-day events for major sports franchises including the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers. This includes coordination of special events designed to build brand awareness, foster community goodwill, and enhance consumer engagement through memorable fan experiences.

The Corporate Partnership Activation Coordinator will manage multiple facets of event execution including collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, budget management, and logistical planning. The role requires someone who can manage the intricate details of multiple activations simultaneously, focusing on innovation and creative development to bring partnership visions to life. They will be instrumental in supporting the Activation Managers by allowing them to focus on client relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management, communications, business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations principles
  • Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Highly developed verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to organize and plan multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Previous experience requiring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
  • Desired previous experience working in the sports industry

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
