The role of Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations involves being the face of the company when presenting HGV ownership programs and products to pre-qualified guests and potential owners. Sales Executives play a vital role in driving sales volume by engaging with customers, understanding their travel interests, and offering tailored solutions through the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service paired with the ability to close sales effectively. Working as part of a collaborative team, Sales Executives promote a positive environment while upholding the core values and policies of Hilton Grand Vacations.

Sales Executives are expected to greet guests, listen actively to their travel needs, and present ownership options that best suit those interests. They must maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions and utilize effective communication channels including email, telephone, and written correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction. Weekly participation in sales training sessions is a key requirement, as well as meeting performance standards related to sales volume and ethical behavior. Sales Executives are also incentivized through a comprehensive commission plan that includes monthly and quarterly bonuses, encouraging them to reach their fullest potential.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs
  • Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by utilizing various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
  • Utilize selling concepts promoted at HGV
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
  • Accountable for attending one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week, according to HGV policies and procedures, and maintaining business standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior with customers and coworkers
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing
