Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma required
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within 30 days of hire and maintained regularly
- Experience working with school-aged youth
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work occasional evenings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with school-aged youth
- Experience in college and career readiness programming is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
Job Duties
- Lead energetic college-and-career clubs at schools and community sites
- Advise a caseload of students one-on-one and in small groups
- Rally student officers to recruit friends, host events, and represent the YMCA in the community
- Track wins in the database, plan field trips and college tours, post on social media, and manage paperwork
- Support early programming with a flexible schedule
- Engage with students to encourage college and career readiness
- Coordinate events and activities that promote student leadership and development
