Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of related experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to train and manage interpersonal relationships
- Understanding of customer expectations
- Knowledge of product and labor cost variances
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, USA
- Commitment to compliance with food safety regulations such as FDA and HACCP
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of related experience
- Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations
- Proven track record of understanding drivers of product and labor cost variances
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Current valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with assigned accounts and act as liaison between CSC, airline, and Key Account Manager
- Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
- Maintain daily par levels and inventory control per customer standards
- Ensure timely and accurate equipment inventory
- Guarantee on time departure of flights using catering guidelines
- Support departments regarding airline cycle changes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer specifications, policies, and procedures including FDA and HACCP
- Maintain customer specifications and monitor changes
- Account for airlines measurement systems in each department
- Coordinate and participate in all CSC evaluations by customers and distribute feedback to department managers
- Monitor and ensure CSC compliance with airline safety expectations
- Develop, document, and maintain flight attendant comment and delay database
- Support Executive Chef in menu presentations and assist in Chef tables
- Track quality scores
- Ensure par levels of customer inventory and specific goods
- Participate in special customer projects
