Through continuous innovation, state-of-the-art facilities, and a focus on sustainability and safety, LSG Sky Chefs remains at the forefront of the airline catering market.

The role of Account Supervisor within LSG Sky Chefs is pivotal to maintaining and enhancing client relationships that drive the company's business. Based in Santa Ana, USA, this on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually. The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of customized, high-quality catering services to airline clients, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, addressing client feedback promptly, and ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards such as FDA and HACCP regulations.

Account Supervisors play an essential role in managing contract compliance, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering continuous improvements in service delivery. Moreover, the Account Supervisor contributes to budget management by monitoring labor and product costs closely, aligning with company financial goals. They participate in customer project initiatives, coordinate evaluations, and handle the feedback process efficiently to maintain the highest service standards. This position requires a demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and a dedication to achieving customer satisfaction through quality, safety, and efficiency.

Joining LSG Sky Chefs as an Account Supervisor provides an opportunity to work with a respected global leader in airline catering, within a supportive and professional environment that values employee contributions.
