Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, events, sales, or operations support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel occasionally
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, events, sales, or operations support
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working some nights/weekends and occasional travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong working relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
  • Provide solutions and recommendations based on client requests and service capabilities
  • Ensure clients understand applicable legal requirements and company policies related to their events
  • Communicate event details, timelines, and client requests to operations and internal teams
  • Ensure internal teams receive accurate and timely information needed for successful execution
  • Track updates and changes to event plans and communicate them clearly
  • Support compliance by helping clients follow legal requirements and company standards
  • Reinforce expectations and requirements to help ensure events meet regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Coordinate event logistics and details based on client needs and operational requirements
  • Maintain organization across multiple events to support successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services when appropriate
  • Support relationship growth and help develop new client opportunities
  • Collect, record, and process payments to support financial reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and event information
  • Generate and update proposals, contracts, and reports using internal templates and systems
