The role of Account Manager based in Honolulu is integral to Expedia Group’s success in maintaining a competitive and high-quality portfolio of hotel and property products that meet the needs of a rapidly growing global traveler base. This position focuses on managing relationships with lodging partners within a designated market territory to maximize production potential and traveler satisfaction. The successful candidate will leverage data insights and advanced revenue management advice to optimize partner hotel content, rates, and availability on Expedia Group platforms to increase customer conversion.
Account Managers also play a strategic role in securing additional lodging options during high-demand periods, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to execute business initiatives, and promoting the full suite of Expedia Group’s tools, such as marketing and merchandising opportunities, self-service platforms, and specialized brand options. This position requires a balance between autonomous work and collaborative teamwork within a diverse environment, with travel to partner locations expected approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in account management, partner success, consultative sales, or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Passion for travel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams

Job Duties
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships in a strategic territory by providing relevant data insights and needs-based consulting services to hotel partners
- Ensure partner hotels' products are consistently optimized on Expedia Group sites to maximize customer conversion
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability over high-demand periods
- Secure seasonal deals and promotions to support merchandising and marketing efforts
- Promote and develop hotel partners' engagement with Expedia Group's full suite of market insights, revenue management tools, marketing and merchandising opportunities, specialized brands, and self-service tools
- Represent Expedia Group in assigned market(s) and establish relationships with key local influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute business initiatives and drive market strategy
- Provide coaching to colleagues on best practices and workflow methodologies
- Conduct regular self-learning to improve skills and influence
- Direct internal projects as required
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics
- Guide and support hotel partners to deliver the best traveler experience
- Promote self-service
