Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in the Special Events, Sales, Production, Entertainment, Catering or Hospitality industries
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and personalities with grace under pressure
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience with event sales tools such as Delphi, Meeting Matrix, or Social Tables is a plus
  • Background in technical production, design, or entertainment management preferred
  • CMP, CSEP, DMCP, OSHA 30, or other industry certifications are a bonus
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for mid-sized corporate, social, and in-house events
  • Own the client journey from pre-planning through execution and final reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the Creative Department to develop show-stopping decks and presentations aligned with client visions
  • Build budgets, generate pricing, and negotiate contract terms with precision and professionalism
  • Lead on-site at installations, walk-throughs, and strikes, adapting in real time for flawless execution
  • Proactively uncover upsell opportunities by staying ahead of trends, technology, and entertainment options
  • Build strong partnerships across MGM properties, internal teams, vendors, and clients to create seamless experiences
