The Account Executive, Partnerships / Channel Account Executive - North America (with French language proficiency) is a critical position within Odoo’s North America Partnerships team. This role is dedicated to driving business growth by recruiting and managing new partner organizations to join Odoo’s partner network. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for introducing potential partners to Odoo’s expansive suite of ERP applications, enabling them to expand their service offerings and generate new revenue streams. The role involves prospecting warm leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding partners through their onboarding and sales cycles. Successful candidates will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong “get-it-done” attitude necessary to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Training on the Odoo ecosystem, including the specifics of the software and its application, is provided to ensure you are equipped to close deals effectively and support partners with tailored implementation solutions. You will leverage data analytics, CRM score tracking, and lead qualification frameworks such as BANT to recruit partners strategically. The job requires designing innovative revenue-enhancing strategies, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and employing technical skills such as Python and SQL to customize Odoo solutions for clients. Key performance indicators include meeting or exceeding sales quotas through skilled pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and expertly advancing deals to closure. The role also necessitates a consultative approach to designing personalized implementation packages aligned with partner needs, ensuring long-term business success and partnership satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, fluent English and French communication skills, and experience in B2B sales with a strong awareness of software and emerging technologies. This position offers competitive compensation with on-target earnings ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually and a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Job Duties

  • Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software, employing data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation
  • Develop revenue-increasing strategies using the Odoo scoring lead system, projecting business revenue, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and adapting Odoo ERP software for clients with Python and SQL
  • Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly Account Executive sales quotas through accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines
  • Work in a consultative manner to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with future partners
