Job Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 3 plus years of relevant professional experience
- Or 5 plus years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment depending on location
- Willingness to manage multiple high-profile accounts across US and Canada
- Demonstrated ability to use strategic account management techniques effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth or 5 years relevant marketing or related experience
- Proven track record in luxury leisure sales or marketing preferred
- Experience in account management and hotel industry advantageous
- Prior experience managing entertainment accounts preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide account management and business development for Ritz-Carlton Reserve's luxury travel agency partners
- Manage market activations to increase brand preference, loyalty, and profitable share
- Generate and cultivate new and existing relationships with pre-assigned, goaled accounts across segments
- Employ proactive sales strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth leisure and small group clients
- Collaborate with property and brand teams worldwide to implement luxury segment strategies
- Develop strategic account management plans including account mapping and customer relationship plans
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive assessments to guide sales strategies
