Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 3 plus years of relevant professional experience
  • Or 5 plus years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function
  • Fluent in English language
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment depending on location
  • Willingness to manage multiple high-profile accounts across US and Canada
  • Demonstrated ability to use strategic account management techniques effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth or 5 years relevant marketing or related experience
  • Proven track record in luxury leisure sales or marketing preferred
  • Experience in account management and hotel industry advantageous
  • Prior experience managing entertainment accounts preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide account management and business development for Ritz-Carlton Reserve's luxury travel agency partners
  • Manage market activations to increase brand preference, loyalty, and profitable share
  • Generate and cultivate new and existing relationships with pre-assigned, goaled accounts across segments
  • Employ proactive sales strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth leisure and small group clients
  • Collaborate with property and brand teams worldwide to implement luxury segment strategies
  • Develop strategic account management plans including account mapping and customer relationship plans
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive assessments to guide sales strategies
