Job Requirements
- must reside in Phoenix
- full-time availability
- competency in Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills

- detail oriented
- ability to work independently and in a team
- flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in the DMC industry and/or event planning preferred
- in depth knowledge of destination
- excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills including decision making, time management, and task prioritization
- ability to manage concurrent projects in deadline driven environment
- detail oriented, resourceful and able to work independently as well as with a team
- self-starter with minimal direction, sense of urgency and dedication to accomplishment
Job Duties
- Create/develop custom proposals
- reserve/confirm vendors maintaining open communication throughout proposal and contracting process
- generate Letter of Agreement (LOA) s and contracts
- create/update sales kits and promotional materials
- provide program support (sometimes on-site) as needed
- manage and develop vendor library through research (product development)
- build strong relationships with customers (internal and external) and vendors/suppliers
- maintain schedule flexibility including evenings/weekends as required
